Custom kit - Once you have signed off your final designs and confirmed your bulk order quantities we will request a 50% deposit to secure your order. Once your order is ready to ship we will be in touch to organise the remaining 50% balance.
Shipping from factory is included in item price, BULK delivery to your address is based on number of boxes (you will be notified prior to delivery). Lead-time is typically 6 weeks though can be 8 to 10 weeks for some of the higher end collections.
Custom kit - If your garment is not as described or has any manufacturing defect please return it to us and we will either repair or replace no questions asked.
1. Custom kit - Each piece of custom clothing is designed with care based on our customers preference of colour and style and carries their names and logos, unfortunately due the bespoke nature of custom clothing we cannot accept any returns that aren't warranty related, this does not affect your statutory rights.
2. Retail items - Change your mind ? don't worry, we have a 30 day returns policy on all items bought from our web store. We will be happy to refund any products as long as they are fit for resale, have the original packaging intact and tags attached and are in new condition- free from any marks or stains from fitting.
Items can only be exchanged for replacements of the same value, determined by our online pricing at the time of exchange. If exchanging for a different size or colour advertised at a higher price, the difference will need to be paid before the exchange can be completed.
If you request a refund, you will be responsible for domestic or international shipping back to RW Sports. We will issue a refund for the merchandise price minus shipping costs incurred.

We are here to offer you the best advice possible and to help you choose the right clothing options for you and your friends. Once you have decided on your products selection and confirmed the sizes quantities and designs, you will be required to pay a 50% deposit to place your order, once your order is ready to be shipped, we will be in touch for the remaining 50% balance.
If you have a change of heart and wish to cancel your order after your deposit has been paid unfortunately you will forfeit your deposit. If the production process has begun you will be required to pay the outstanding 50% balance also.
We all know how tricky it can be to organise your club order, collect payments, chase the members.
For larger clubs (20+ members) we offer an online ordering system through our club shops. How does it work? We set up a unique online store for your club and you can then share the link with the members. Within the pre-agreed time frame members can place their orders & process payments online. Email confirming the order will be sent to each member after the order is processed.
After the store gets closed, one merged club order is sent to production -6 weeks time. Within this timeframe members will be contacted with updates on the status of the order. The order can be shipped to 1 address in bulk, for the team to distribute to individuals. We can also offer individual shipping to each member- for an extra P&P fee per person.
Club shops can be a great help allowing for a hassle free ordering system and it works perfect for larger clubs, where minimum quantities will be met with no problem. For smaller clubs, or if minimum quantities agreed are not reached by the members, the club will be required to order extra items in order to reach minimum/agreed quantity / price point. It's important for the club contact to establish level of interest before the team store is active, in case minimum quantities will not be reached- the club will be obliged to top up the order.If you need to order additional items to make up minimun qty or wish to have extra stock available but do not want the hassle of storing your club gear we can host your online shop for free and ship to individuals as purchased. All additional items will need to be purchased by the club in advance.

Minimum order quantities start from 5 per Item (in various sizes), however bespoke hoodies, jackets, leggings, shorts have a minimum qty of 20 – 50 depending on item & colours.
If you would like to order some individual standard items that's no problem we have some great garments to choose from within our RWS athleisure line.
Outside of this it is possible to order lower quantities but unfortunately there is a surcharge associated with these orders as they are manufactured outside of the normal production process.
Delivery is absolutely free, there are no hidden charges on top of what you have been quoted for your custom kit. Lead-time is 6 weeks for our bespoke gear is up to 6 weeks from order date.
We have a guaranteed delivery time, so when we quote you a delivery date you will receive your custom kit on or before that date and we will keep you informed every step of the way.
Our top class design team are always on hand to help turn your ideas into your dream cycling, triathlon or run kit. If you already have a logo please send it to us in a vector file either in .ai or .eps format.
If you have specific colours in mind please send us your Pantone or CMYK reference number. If you don't have any of the above don't worry you can leave it up to us and we will get some design options to you asap.
